Additional Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of handling eCommerce or service-based lead generation campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Pixel, CAPI, UTM, and Google Analytics.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation & reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing (preferred).
  • Experience in using CRM tools, Google Tag Manager, and automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

  • Set clear campaign goals based on business objectives (Lead Generation, Conversion, Retargeting, etc.).

  • Build and test Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, and Interest-based targeting strategies.

  • Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Events, UTM parameters, and Conversion API using Google Tag Manager.

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, headlines, and copy.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and audiences

  • Optimize campaign budget (CBO & ABO) to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Advanced Expert-Level Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute full-funnel ad strategies (TOF → MOF → BOF)

  • Scale successful campaigns using vertical and horizontal scaling strategies.

  • Monitor attribution windows and use data-driven decisions to allocate budget effectively.

  • Provide data-backed creative briefs to the content team

  • Handle disapproved ads and resolve Business Manager/Page-related policy issues.

  • Integrate Meta Lead Forms with Google Sheets/CRM tools (e.g., Zapier, WhatsApp API).

  • Analyze creative performance breakdown (by image, text, CTA) and recommend changes.

  • Ensure ad account hygiene: naming conventions, audience structure, asset management.

  • Coordinate with the sales/business team to align ad strategy with lead quality and revenue goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with Meta ad policies, algorithm updates, and new ad formats.

  • If applicable: Train junior marketers and provide technical support on campaign issues.

    • Duty: 9AM to 5PM(8hour) morning shift & 5PM to 12AM(7hour) evening shift.
