Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, E-commerce, Online Retail Startup

• Diploma or Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)

• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design

• Graduates from BUFT / Shanto-Mariam / NIFT or equivalent institutions will be preferred

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, E-commerce, Online Retail Startup

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in garments or fashion houses

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

• 3D fashion design experience (e.g., CLO 3D, Browzwear or similar software) will be preferred

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, prints, embroidery, and trims

• Excellent trend sense and color sense

• Strong creativity with the ability to develop new design concepts

• Good teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new designs and concepts based on fashion trends, seasons, and buyer requirements

• Prepare design presentations by selecting fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, and accessories

• Create sketches, technical drawings, style sheets, and specification sheets

• Coordinate with sample teams, pattern masters, and production teams to ensure sample development

• Supervise fitting, corrections, and final sample approvals

• Participate in design briefs and presentations with buyer/marketing teams

• Prepare artwork and guidelines for prints, embroidery, and washing effects

• Ensure designs are commercially viable by understanding costing and SMV

• Maintain design files, sample records, and seasonal documentation

• Ensure brand identity and compliance standards of the company
