  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Bangla.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide customer support through online communication. Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, comments, and feedback.

  • Manage social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Daraz).

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing information, offering guidance, recommending new products, and suggesting service improvements.

  • Identify and report potential issues, including spam, harassment, and inappropriate content.

  • Track and report on key metrics related to social media moderation.

  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to align community feedback with content strategy.

  • Ensure proper service and after-sales support for clients.

  • Generate price quotations, sales reports, and customer information when necessary.

  • Drive online sales and gather customer feedback.

  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
