Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customer queries
∎ Provide customer support through online communication
∎ Maintain social media platforms
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Communicating with clients
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
∎ Taking customer feedback
∎ Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Candidates will be awarded a sales bonus on every month after completion of the probation period.
