Job Context:
∎ ASL BPO is a BPO / Outsourcing Firm that provides outsourcing solutions to foreign clients. We are looking to create a digital marketing team with experienced members consisting of an SEO expert, Content Writers, Social Media marketers, Web Developers, etc.
∎ We are looking for an experienced and passionate Expert Social Media Manager who has practical experience in social media marketing, and the digital marketing sector as well expert in video editing, and graphic designing.
∎ The candidate must be willing to stay long-term, be willing to grow with the company, and increase his or her expertise in the field through learning about Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and drive Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing campaigns using digital advertising and social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, , YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google ad networks with a focus to engage existing customers and onboard new customers by introducing integrated campaigns.
∎ • Develop relevant content making, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (i.e., social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers. Create necessary marketing database, email marketing, social media advertising, conduct advertising campaign, product photo shoots, and video making (if needed) for the campaign.
∎ • Have in-depth knowledge of infographics and how to publish them
∎ • Have intricate knowledge of how to create and strategize Ad Campaigns on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
∎ • Be able to do A/B Testing of ad campaigns to optimize them
∎ • Must have knowledge in using Meta Business Suite
∎ • Must have intricate knowledge on how to provide reports of ads and social media posts to show the company the results of his/her work
∎ • Able to do Digital marketing for ASL BPO and its clients
∎ • Able to create attractive content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Post for Products and Blogs
∎ • Have an understanding of Canva and how to use it
∎ • Communicate through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp & Phone calls with the customers to respond to inquiries, and provide product information, and pictures to generate orders.
∎ • Optimize social media posts, to improve content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings.
∎ • Make the creative design in Photoshop with text and product photos to post on Facebook and website banners.
∎ • Increasing brand recognition to generate audience attention.
∎ • You must help drive the company's online/digital sales.
∎ • You have to be involved in developing digital marketing including good knowledge of developing graphics design & marketing areas.
∎ • Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
∎ • Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You should have experience in one or more of the following areas: developing and managing Facebook Ad Campaigns, Social Media Marketing (SMM), email marketing, social media posting, core digital marketing, digital agencies, digital sales, and marketing, and e-commerce marketing.
∎ Able to manage numerous tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Courteous and possessing strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
