Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms
  • Manage and promote company services on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement
  • Communicate with potential and existing customers through calls, messages, and online platforms
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
  • Maintain regular updates on travel offers, packages, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure timely response to customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain a positive brand image across all online channels
