Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately enhance our company's online presence. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
∎ *Responsibilities:*
∎ 1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
∎ 2. Create engaging and relevant content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
∎ 3. Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, publishing, community management, and moderation.
∎ 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts.
∎ 5. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase engagement and drive results.
∎ 6. Analyze social media metrics and data to evaluate the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
∎ 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and industry trends.
∎ 8. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify the company's message and reach.
∎ 9. Implement paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance to achieve desired outcomes.
∎ 10. Develop and manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
∎ *Qualifications:*
∎ 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
∎ 2. Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
∎ 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platform.
∎ 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
∎ 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
∎ 6. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends.
∎ 7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
∎ 8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
∎ 9. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ 10. Experience with paid social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
