About the Role:

We are a fast-growing international digital marketing agency hiring remote Social Media Marketing Assistants. This is a full-time work-from-home position with performance-based bonuses on top of base salary.

You will be managing social media accounts, scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and supporting our marketing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and post content across multiple social media accounts

- Engage with target audiences through replies, comments, and direct messages

- Schedule daily content according to provided guidelines

- Track engagement metrics and submit daily performance reports

- Warm up and maintain new social media accounts

- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately

- Identify trending topics and high-engagement opportunities

- Coordinate with team leads via Discord during shifts
