We are dedicated to promoting talented athletes and organizing exciting sporting spectacles for our audience.**Job Duration:** 3 months (April 1st to June 30th), 4 days a week.**Job Description:**XCEL Sports Management and Promotions is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This position requires a passionate individual who can consistently create engaging content, respond to inquiries, and contribute to the success of our digital marketing efforts. **Responsibilities:**- Create and schedule regular posts, stories, and updates on our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and audience engagement- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and queries from followers- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to promote upcoming boxing events and player highlights **Requirements:**- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop- Good written skill- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Passion for sports, particularly boxing, is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) **Benefits:**- Competitive compensation- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team- Valuable experience in sports management and promotions- Flexible working hours- Complementary Tea, coffee and Lunch**Compensation:**-36,000 BDT for 3 months **How to Apply:**Interested candidates should submit their resume, portfolio (if applicable), and a brief cover letter explaining their interest in the position to [email protected] or apply here.
