- Proven experience in videography and editing.
- Proficiency in camera work, lighting, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
- Strong eye for storytelling and impactful short-form content.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Passion or interest in sports, boxing, MMA, or fitness is a big plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
What You’ll Be Doing
Attend monthly events organized by TKO and its affiliate partners to capture raw, authentic content.
Shoot and edit sparring sessions, training highlights, fighter profiles, behind-the-scenes moments, hype trailers, and reels.
Create engaging posts and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Work closely with senior management to understand campaign goals and deliver content aligned with TKO’s vision.
Capture the discipline, struggle, and passion that defines Bangladeshi boxing in a cinematic way.
Work Setup
Mostly work-from-home.
Must be available to attend the office 1–2 times a week when called, as well as during key events.
