• Proven experience in videography and editing.
• Proficiency in camera work, lighting, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Strong eye for storytelling and impactful short-form content.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Passion or interest in sports, boxing, MMA, or fitness is a big plus.
• Growth Opportunity If we see strong performance and creativity, there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent in-house Content Creator role at TKO.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attend monthly events organized by TKO and its affiliate partners to capture raw, authentic content.

• Shoot and edit sparring sessions, training highlights, fighter profiles, behind-the-scenes moments, hype trailers, and reels.

• Create engaging posts and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Work closely with senior management to understand campaign goals and deliver content aligned with TKO’s vision.

• Capture the discipline, struggle, and passion that defines Bangladeshi boxing in a cinematic way.

Work Setup

• Mostly work-from-home.

• Must be available to attend the office 1–2 times a week when called, as well as during key events.
