• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic tools is a plus
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video, and stories)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social channels
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Engage with followers and respond to queries promptly in a manner aligned with the brand tone
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and improve strategy
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (boosting, retargeting, lead generation)
• Coordinate with influencers and external content creators, where needed
• Manage social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
