Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ At 2-5 years of experience in Advertisement and Marketing with a proven track record of leadership and success in Print & Digital media.
∎ Must be achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Strong understanding of advertising and marketing strategies both traditional and digital.
∎ Experience in media sales and client management.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, social media, Google Analytics).
∎ Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
∎ Proficiency in both Bengali and English.
∎ Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Regular follow to the clients.
