Job Context:
∎ 2 Weeks Trial.
∎ 2 Month Probation.
∎ Permanent Position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be in charge of *representing Swipe Digital's clients across all social channels as the sole voice of the brand*.
∎ Public Relations as needed while managing existing social media marketing platforms. You will provide our client's companies with your expertise to enhance online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements. You will manage our client's company image in a cohesive way to achieve their marketing goals. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
∎ Excellent/Top-notch writing skills in Engling language.
∎ Successful track record with Social Media.
∎ Advanced social strategy abilities.
∎ Experience with Social, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok.
∎ Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results.
∎ Establishing brand awareness.
∎ Solid and consistent communication skills.
∎ Creativity to Think outside the box.
∎ Knowledge of social media management tools.
∎ Community building and relationship building.
∎ Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
∎ Self Starter, Excellent multitasking and organizational ability.
∎ Experienced in all aspects of social media channels.
∎ BS in Communications, Marketing/Advertising Preferred.
∎ Two years of proven Social Media experience.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Trial Period: 4000tk per week Probation Period: 20,000tk per month Quarterly Intensive (Every three months): 5% to 10% Yearly Intensive: 10 to 30% *Based on performance Festival Bonus: Two times a year (50% amount of the current salary). Holiday Bonus: Long 3 to 5 days tour twice a year.
