Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As our Social Media Manager, we are looking for some one who will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across digital and print media. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to visually represent our brand and support our business objectives.
∎ Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily office operations and ensure office procedures are followed
∎ Oversee administrative staff and assign duties as needed.
∎ Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement
∎ Design eye-catching visuals for digital platforms (social media, email, web banners, etc.) and print materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.)
∎ Create brand-consistent assets that follow existing brand guidelinesCollaborate with internal teams to develop visual concepts and campaigns
∎ Prepare files for production, printing, and web publishing
∎ Assist with the creation of visual content for presentations and internal communication
∎ Maintain a consistent look and feel across all creative work
∎ Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
