Responsibilities & Context:
- Content Creation – Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Live Sessions – Host regular live sessions to promote services, share updates, and engage with audiences in real-time.
- Client Communication – Call clients regularly to share updates, promotions, and respond to inquiries.
- Follow-Up & Feedback – Maintain regular feedback loops with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Social Media Engagement – Respond to messages, comments, and queries on all company social media platforms promptly.
- Marketing Campaigns – Assist in planning and executing social media marketing strategies to increase reach and conversions.
