Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Members, and ensure timely execution.
∎ Write engaging blogs, columns (in both English and Bengali), and press releases.
∎ Create, plan, and oversee drafts for photo shoots and other creative content.
∎ Design and implement targeted digital advertising campaigns, including in-house digital marketing funnel campaigns.
∎ Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and build relationships.
∎ Lead the social media team, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Collaborate with “Mainstream Media Platforms”.
∎ Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Monitor performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and campaigns.
∎ Ensure SEO optimization for all content and social media posts.
∎ Respond promptly to comments and messages, fostering strong audience relationships.
∎ Keep track of industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors’ activities.
∎ Innovate and implement new ideas to keep the content fresh and engaging.
∎ Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and social media performance.
∎ Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve growth objectives.
