Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field.

• 2 to 5 years

•  2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
•  Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
•  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent graphic design tools.
•  Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and content creation.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•  Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising).
• Manage social media platforms including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement.
• Track and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, etc.
• Optimize marketing funnels to drive conversions and lead generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Graphic Design:

• Design and produce visual content including social media posts, banners, infographics, email templates, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
• Work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into eye-catching visual content.

 Office Time - 10:00 AM–2:30 PM at office, 8:00 PM–12:00 AM from home.
