Additional Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising).
- Manage social media platforms including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement.
- Track and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, etc.
- Optimize marketing funnels to drive conversions and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Graphic Design:
- Design and produce visual content including social media posts, banners, infographics, email templates, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
- Work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into eye-catching visual content.
Office Time - 10:00 AM–2:30 PM at office, 8:00 PM–12:00 AM from home.
