Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages Catalyst Solutions Social Media Channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
∎ Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
∎ Creates content that promotes audience interaction increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
∎ Engage our talents in Social Media Platform
∎ Proposes new ideas and concepts for Social Media Contents
∎ Manage all Social Media Communication in a professional manner
∎ Participate and manage company events and post on Social Media in a professional manner
∎ Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
∎ Social Media is under HR Department- so the talent will get the opportunity to work with extending HR team and perform some of the HR Responsibilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills

∎ Should be willing to work according to the shift plan of the organization considering we are open 24/7, with the exception of female candidates to align with our cultural notes

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary quoted will be effective after successful completion of PROBATION PERIOD
