Responsibilities & Context:
Social Media Management
Content Creating
Monitor and track social Media Trends.
Plan and Executing Digital Marketing
Manage Google ads and other digital ad platforms.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger or video calls.
Provide Tele-support for digital campaigns, promotions and events.
Conduct telemarketing to generate leads or promotion services/products.
Train and support sales.
Maintain excellent verbal communication for client acquisition and retention.
Record communication data at Google Sheets/Excel Sheet.
