Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Develop and post engaging content on social media platforms.
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly.
Customer Care: Provide excellent customer support both online and in-store.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions.
Customer Engagement: Assist customers with inquiries, share product knowledge, and guide purchasing decisions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Furnishine’s products to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Strong consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Experience with social networking and social analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
Understanding of online marketing and key digital channels.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Fluent in English and skilled in social media platforms.
Familiarity with paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred: Degree in communications, marketing, business, new media, or public relations.
Education Priority
