∎ Job Context
∎ We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Ad Manager & Digital Marketer to join our small but fast-moving team in Uttara, Dhaka. If you have experience running Facebook ad campaigns and know how to turn ad spend into real sales, we’d love to meet you.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ - Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and other platforms.
∎ - Create a monthly content calendar and design/post accordingly.
∎ - Write clear, compelling ad copy in Bangla and English.
∎ - Report daily on ad performance — tracking budget, reach, clicks, and conversions.
∎ - Coordinate with the design team to produce effective visuals (images, videos, carousels).
∎ - Monitor and respond to comments and inbox messages during working hours.
∎ - Adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
