Job Context
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Ad Manager & Digital Marketer to join our small but fast-moving team in Uttara, Dhaka. If you have experience running Facebook ad campaigns and know how to turn ad spend into real sales, we’d love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and other platforms.
Create a monthly content calendar and design/post accordingly.
Write clear, compelling ad copy in Bangla and English.
Report daily on ad performance — tracking budget, reach, clicks, and conversions.
Coordinate with the design team to produce effective visuals (images, videos, carousels).
Monitor and respond to comments and inbox messages during working hours.
Adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
