• 3–5 years of experience in security services or law enforcement (i.e: Ex-Defenses or Law enforcing forces of Bangladesh)

• Minimum 5–7 years in a supervisory or team leader role

• Experience in managing outsourced security guards and shift operations

• Education: Minimum educational qualification is Bachelor’s/Honours. However, candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered even if they have lower academic qualifications.

• Knowledge of access control devices, visitor management, and emergency response procedures

• Familiarity with CCTV systems, radio communication, and emergency protocols

• Understanding basic safety procedures, such as firefighting, first aid, rescue operation, PPE, and Safe Work Practices

• Ability to write reports (Bangla and English), maintain logs, and escalate incidents appropriately

• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)

We are seeking four (4) Site Safety Supervisors to join our team. This role ensures continuous monitoring, controlled access, compliance management, and emergency readiness within the facility. Supervisors will work on a roster-based schedule to maintain operational continuity 24/7.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise security guards, assign duties, prepare duty rosters, and monitor discipline, attendance, and performance.

• Ensure overall site security by controlling access of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and materials and preventing unauthorized activities.

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to verify the effectiveness of security systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Identify security risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to manpower, procedures, and systems.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, follow escalation protocols, protect the worksite, and support root cause investigations.

• Coordinate with emergency services and internal teams during security or emergency incidents.

• Lead and support emergency response activities including evacuation, crowd control, and emergency drills (confined space rescue, work-at-height rescue, spill control, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with security rules, SOPs, HSSE requirements, access control procedures, and emergency protocols across the site.

• Conduct on-the-job training to ensure security personnel are competent in site risks, emergency response, and equipment use.

• Monitor live CCTV feeds, ensure recording functionality, and immediately report unusual activities.

• Ensure all surveillance and security systems are operational; identify faults, blind spots, or technical issues and escalate promptly.

• Coordinate with IT or technical teams for CCTV and security system support and maintenance.

• Maintain electronic records, logs, screenshots, incident footage, and related documentation for reporting and investigations.

• Prepare accurate security reports and promptly communicate incidents, risks, and observations to management.

• Act as the primary liaison between the security team, management, and site stakeholders.

• Provide emergency backup duty during colleague absences to maintain continuous security coverage.
