• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets standards.
• Resource Allocation:
• Efficiently manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Timeline Management:
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and adhere to project timelines.
• Monitor and report on project progress regularly.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify and address challenges on-site promptly.
• Propose effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Safety Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and inspections as required.
• Communication:
• Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and clients.
