Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture/ Interior Architecture

• Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from reputed Universities/Institutions.

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, Lumion, Rendering Quality.
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years
• Additional Requirements: Age: 25 to 38 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Knowledge of raw materials used for modern interiors.
• Familiarity with cost minimization techniques and their application in product development.
• Ability to generate designs quickly.
• Capacity to work under pressure to meet production targets.
• Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
• Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented, and ability to work independently if required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop concept, plan, elevation, section, and working drawings

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, and Lumion

• Create detailed 2D/3D drawings and realistic renderings

• Ensure design adherence through project supervision

• Focus on client objectives, company values and clear communication

• Workplace: Office-based

• Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)
