Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil 3D, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Preparation of BOQ.
∎ 2) Estimation & Costing of Modification works.
∎ 3) Should have knowledge regarding both structural & finishing stage of project.
∎ 4) Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site.
∎ 5) Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ 6) Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site.
∎ 7) Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ 8) Handling Sub Contractor.
∎ 9) Supervise technical and non-technical staff.
∎ 10) Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.
∎ 11) Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ 12) Report project status and progress report & Prepare revised project schedule.
∎ 13) Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 22 to 38 years
