• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Good communication skills, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Target Oriented.

Job Context: We are looking for a young and dynamic Site Engineers in civil construction projects with at least 6 years’ experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and secure work environment.

• Submit daily progress report to the senior management & monitoring work flow & steps of the process.

• Understand the drawing Civil work clearly.

• Implementation of all types of project work from site.

• Ensure workers efficiency on site and ensure team effort to accomplish result.

• Maintains accounting procedure by keeping daily transaction record in cash book, keeping head wise vouchers (Conveyance, Entertainment, Stationary, Food, Tool etc.) properly.

• Maintain stock register, worker attendance & give weekly report to senior.

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

• Oversee the on-site workforce, including workers and ensuring they work efficiently and according to project guidelines.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, such as work logs, site reports.
