Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution. Candidates having MPH degree will be preferred.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly implementation plan of activities with detailed annual activity plan in accordance with budget
∎ Supervise field activities and provide necessary feedback through regular field visit, reporting and meeting etc.
∎ Organise, coordinate, and minute all meeting in different sites
∎ Attend different regional and central level meeting and provide feedback on both programmatic and financial implication
∎ Ensure smooth distribution of logistics and other consumables at field level
∎ Communicate with local Govt. and Non-govt. stakeholders for smooth implementation of project
∎ Coordination with Upazila health complex (UHC) and medical colleges for implementation of Work
∎ Follow up the progress and resolve the findings found by programme personnel, audit, and donors' visit
∎ Prepare documentation for project implementation activities and submit high quality reports to project management within timeline
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years of experience in public health sector or relevant sector. Working experience in communicable diseases will be given preference.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on preparing programme guideline.
∎ Knowledge on programme management and programme strategy
∎ Proven and good understanding of community-based approaches and resource allocation procedures
∎ Knowledge on organizational norms and procedure
∎ Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills
∎ Problem solving and negotiation skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
