∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only candidates who are practicing Muslims with firm religious commitment, praying 5 times a day and demonstrates strong moral character will be considered.
∎ Minimum 10 years in key leadership roles within healthcare centers or large organizations (employee count over 100), with proven experience in managing multi-departmental operations.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
∎ Exceptional ability to lead teams, drive results, and implement effective strategies.
∎ Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Leadership:
∎ Drive the company’s strategic direction, aligning with the company’s vision and values.
∎ Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across all departments.
∎ Operational Oversight:
∎ Ensure smooth operations of the healthcare center, including patient care, clinic protocols, and IPD services.
∎ Oversee affiliated businesses (food court, pharmacy, diagnostic lab) to achieve profitability and compliance.
∎ Implement and improve processes for HR, call center operations, and marketing (digital and physical).
∎ Team Management:
∎ Lead and inspire department heads and managers, fostering inter-departmental collaboration.
∎ Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a skilled, motivated workforce.
∎ Financial Management:
∎ Set and monitor budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
∎ Evaluate and approve business decisions within authorized limits.
∎ Compliance and Ethics:
∎ Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
∎ Embody and promote Islamic values, ensuring ethical operations throughout the organization.
