∎ • Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree any subject, Pharmacy background (preferred). Pharmacist applicants holding license will be preferred.
∎ • Experience: 5-6 years of outlet management experience, preferably in retail.
∎ • Technical Skills: Proficiency with retail store management software (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.
∎ • Management Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
∎ • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items occasionally.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Green Delta Assist Limited a subsidiary of Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is looking for an ambitious and talented Outlet Manager/ In-Charge for its retail pharmacy chain with Aster Pharmacy Bangladesh.
∎
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Greet and assist patients with products/services, promptly resolving issues and addressing queries with positive experience by providing excellent service.
∎ • Provide expert counselling to patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications
∎ • Analyze inventory trends like weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and implement effective strategies.
∎ • Supervise ordering, liquidation, and resource optimization to prevent shortages and excess of stocks.
∎ • Oversee receiving, stocking, and handling of merchandise, ensuring adherence to policies.
∎ • Product availability depending on customer demand, shortlist registry book etc.
∎ • Regular Gap analysis through stock data checking, ROL checking, timely providing of PR and completion of GRN work within the day
∎ • Maintain a clean and presentable store, managing repairs, maintenance, and emergency responses.
∎ • Guide and empower team to excel in delivering proper care and services to provide mentorship and coaching to foster individual and collective high performance, ensuring a culture of continuous development and inspiration.
∎ • Address employee relations concerns, fostering positive relationships and maintaining morale.
∎ • Supervise store finances, including register counts and safe deposits
∎ • Manage bookkeeping aspects such as ledgers, invoices, cash reports, and time records.
∎ • Proactively reach out to the community to promote the pharmacy business, local area brand activation, participate in campaign, corporate on boarding etc.
∎ • Enhance growth opportunities through community involvement and partnerships.
∎ • Monitoring of Home Delivery (HD) service, stock transfer indenting to other store, HD refer to other store
∎ • Weekly/monthly sending bulk SMS from store number to valuable loyal customer
