∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ 12 years experience in reputed hospital/Cardiac Centre on which 08 years in supervisory position. Experience in Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery/OT/ICU/CCU/Cath lab may be preferred. Ensuring attendance of registered nurses and helping hands in every shift (at least 15 minutes before to the shift start) at the duty station in proper uniform. To ensure about the hand over / taking over by following the procedural guideline. If any history of incident during previous shift occur, then take necessary action accordingly. To ensure about the preparation of the patients regarding the special investigation / operation. To ensure about the general cleanliness of the ward/Cabin. For improvement of the nursing care, arrange proper distribution of nursing staffs. Help the in- charges regarding the procedure and preparing of the Duty Rota. To ensure that all the equipment are standing by position in all respect. To examine the information board that everything is in correct position. Any other jobs as assigned to him/her.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to the Manager, Nursing Services for his/her duties. He/she has to provide necessary support to the Manager, Nursing Services in implementing proper nursing services to the patients. He/she has to plan, assess, implement and evaluation patient care and take necessary measure for the improvement of nursing services. He/she will co- ordinate and supervise the duties of nurses as per hospital protocol. Carry out other tasks assigned by any other competent authority.
