Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be responsible for the overall financial and Store management of the project. He has to work independently under the organization finance principle and manual
∎ Ensure day to day Proper financial activities in consultation site with the Co-operation of Project In-Charge for the project
∎ Prepare accounts statement as per project requirement / format
∎ Materials received as per procedure and record to stock register
∎ Daily update stock & receive register
∎ Prepare Materials Purchase Report (MPR) and Materials Received Report (MRR)
∎ Maintenance of petty cash, cash book, stock ledger & different registers related to Accounts and stock (including preparation of all vouchers)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of Accounting Basics.
∎ Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel.
∎ Sincerity and ability to work independently when needed.
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners and satisfactory communication and interpersonal skills with PE & the Management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and 'multi-task'.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company salary
