• Proven experience as a Retail Showroom Manager or Sales Manager (Electronics preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Good knowledge of electronic products and market trends.

• Basic computer skills (Knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Basic MS Excel)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Good knowledge of electronics products (TV, Fridge, AC, home appliances, etc.)

• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.

• Live Presenting: Host live sessions on Facebook/Tik-Tok, showcasing products confidently.

• Customer Engagement: Interact with viewers instantly, answer queries regarding Products, Specification, design, price, and offers during the live stream.

• Online Sales (Moderation): Respond to inquiries in Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp, provide product photos, and generate orders.

• Order Confirmation: Confirm orders by calling customers, maintain order data in Excel sheets.

• Content Creation: Occasionally create Reels, take product photos, and post on social media.

• Follow-up: Ensure after-sales service and address complaints politely.

• Salary Review: Yearly
