Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall operations of the showroom with timeliness & effectiveness.
∎ Serve walk-in customers with a high level of salesmanship & be capable of handling complaints on different issues from the existing customers.
∎ To work as the key person of the showroom to enhance and develop the sales & marketing as well as all associated activities.
∎ Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in retail sales & marketing (Electronics & Home Appliances) and be capable of attracting potential customers.
∎ Make sure that all reports (Daily, weekend, and month-ending business reports) are submitted to head office in time.
∎ Sales target should be achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on daily basis.
∎ Provide proper after-sales service to customers according to company policy or as guaranteed by the company.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/ clients relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Maintain smooth & prompt communication with clients, parties, customers over mobile/ email communications and manage their feedback, queries & complaints to retain existing business and increase sales volume.
∎ Maintain a good system/ database to keep the client's details for future reference.
∎ Lead the Sales and Marketing team, People development, manpower management and arrangement of necessary training, arrange monthly, quarterly, and yearly different sales meetings.
∎ Follow up daily activities as the organization demands as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ To perform responsibilities as assigned by the department head from time to time.
