Job Context:
∎ minimum 3 years experience in shoe sandal leather showroom
∎ Must able to work in pause software and able to communicate customers and manage properly shop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring showroom operations requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
∎ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
∎ Ensure high level of customer's satisfaction through excellent services and customer caring.
∎ Comprehensive store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
∎ Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
∎ Follow up inventory, cash and administrative, safety & security issues related to the Showroom.
∎ Making plan to ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales target.
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
∎ Maintain the stability and reputation of the showroom by complying with legal requirements.
