We are now going to open an Electrical & Electronics Super Shop in Chittagong. Here, we are providing all sorts of Electronics and Electrical items, Home Appliances, Digital Cameras, CCTV & It`s accessories, Mobile and Mobile accessories, Computer & Computer accessories, Lift & Lift accessories, Scientific and Laboratory equipment, Mechanical Instruments, and so on. Besides electronic goods, we also have Ladies` items, Gents` items, Baby products, Toys, Bags & Luggage`s, Lockers, Crockery`s, Tiles, Marble and Granite, Sanitary items and all sorts of other world class products. We are the retailer and also the importer of the goods. It is a priority that our clients receive the best service and high quality products. Simco Electronics is currently seeking a Showroom Manager for our Chittagong branch.
∎ Job Location: O. R. Nizam Road, Goal Pahar, GEC, Chittagong District, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take charge of an outlet and manage the sales and day to day administration work of the particular branch.
∎ Branch Manager will be responsible for all the transactions (products, financial and others) of a particular show room.
∎ Have sound leadership capabilities for the sales team of the outlet with a professional approach to achieve sales targets.
∎ Discover business opportunities by identifying the target market and evaluating their position in the industry.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain a 100% collection record.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional knowledge in this sector.
∎ Handling customers with highest priority and providing satisfactory service.
∎ Lead the sales team of the outlet with a professional approach to achieve sales targets.
∎ Time to time reporting to the Group managing director by email, WhatsApp, other ways daily.
∎ Align with specific Sales & Marketing objectives, overall strategies and action plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years working experience with renowned brands as a Branch Manager in a Home Appliance and Electronics Showroom;
∎ High interest and detailed knowledge about home appliance & electronics products
∎ Ambition and ability to meet monthly and annual sales targets and goals
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is a must.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word and high interest towards learning all about the Company ERP software.
