∎ Best Electronics, a concern of Zaman Group and a renounce world class Home Appliance Retail Company with 100+ showrooms in sixty-one districts and dedicated distribution network all over Bangladesh. Best Electronics is currently seeking Showroom Manager for our Rajshahi Division, Greater Noakhali, Greater Barisal, Greater Khulna and Dhaka District showrooms.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Countrywide and we are focusing for Rajshahi Division, Greater Noakhali, Greater Barisal, Greater Khulna and Dhaka District.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take charge of an outlet and manage the sales and day to day administration work of that particular branch.
∎ Branch Manager will be responsible for all the transactions (products, financial and others) of a particular shop.
∎ Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to maintain the sales team.
∎ Discover business opportunities by identifying target market and evaluating their position in the industry.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record.
∎ Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years working experience with renowned brands as a Branch Manager in Home Appliance Showroom;
∎ High interest or detail knowledge about home appliance or electronics products
∎ Ambition and ability to meet sales monthly and annual targets and goals
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is a must.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Office and high attitude to learn Company ERP software.
