Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Minimum HSC / Graduate from any Government approved education institution
∎ Skills Required: Salesman
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of all day to day showroom activities
∎ Presenting & selling company products to all customers
∎ Promote new products and offers to the showroom customers and also through online platform (creating small reels, posting new launch, etc. in social media)
∎ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, entering figures into a computer software
∎ Handle cashier duties by taking cash, mobile payment or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
∎ Ensure banking & mobile financial service functions such as making bank deposits / deal MFS Sales team to ensure cash in or cash out
∎ Maintain showroom cleanliness, CCTV operation and safe environment inside and outside showroom, along with ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
∎ Maintaining proper product display & advertisement merchandising of the showroom (inside and outside showroom)
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Ensure proper documentation & accounting of inventory, cash & other activities
∎ Prepare all sort of bill, challan, inventory bar coding (entry exit), quotations, as required
∎ Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory updates to concern end for optimum product stocks' availability
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; finding solutions; making recommendations to management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-year experience of Sales in fashion sector, however freshers are also can apply too
∎ Must have good knowledge in fashion / cloth items
∎ Computer literacy (MS office) will be required for daily operation
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Honest, Punctual, Smart, Eager to work, Responsive & Responsible
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Bonus : In Eid . 50% Basic . After 6 months when he will be the permanent
