Responsibilities & Context:
∎ About the Role: Garments manufacturer specializing in ladies' dresses, sold online and through a showroom, is seeking a proactive Operations Manager. The role involves handling customer interactions, order management, financial record-keeping, fabric sourcing, and office administration.
∎
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ · Manage customer queries on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
∎ · Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and record-keeping.
∎ · Track and manage receivables from customers, courier vendors, and banks.
∎ · Source fabrics and manage inventory levels.
∎ · Handle general office administration and support management as needed.
∎ Requirements:
∎ · Experience in a similar role, ideally in the fashion industry.
∎ · Proficiency in English and Bengali writing.
∎ · Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ · Computer literacy is essential.
∎ . Proficiency in customer service, accounting, and office management.
