Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily showroom operations, including timely opening, staff attendance, and conducting morning meetings
∎ Set and manage daily sales and activity targets for Sales Executives (SEs) to achieve the overall monthly branch sales goal
∎ Monitor and Manage product requisition and ensure timely delivery
∎ Maintain end-of-day cash and financial security by securing them in the vault
∎ Supervise the achievement of branch-wide sales targets by coordinating with the full sales team
∎ Oversee attendance, leave, duty rosters, and lead management.
∎ Motivate and train subordinates to ensure consistent performance and development
∎ Manage fixed and temporary assets in line with company policy
∎ Ensure execution of SEs' Planned Journey Plan (PJP), SBA activities, lead generation, follow-up, and conversions
∎ Perform regular daily cash settlements (DCS) and ensure timely bank deposits
∎ Clear exchange dues in line with management guidelines
∎ Coordinate with the service department to resolve customer service issues promptly
∎ Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
∎ Foster a positive relationship with the property landlord
∎ Implement marketing and communication initiatives; collect and report market intelligence to the line manager
∎ Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Showroom In charge to oversee daily branch operations and lead the sales team toward achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in showroom sales, team management, and operational excellence, especially within the manufacturing, cables, or electronics /heavy engineering sectors.
