Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans to meet monthly secondary sales targets.
∎ Supervise and evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives (SRs).
∎ Manage distributor operations and ensure optimal product availability in the assigned territory.
∎ Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to acquire market of cable industry.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
∎ Good knowledge on cable production process to make customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposals and marketing materials to prospective clients.
∎ Support the Sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing and sales efforts.
∎ Maintain proper routine plan for daily work.
