• Age 28 to 40 years

• Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.

• Oversee inventory procurement, storage, and display to ensure a diverse and appealing product range while minimizing overstock and stockouts.

• Design and maintain visually appealing displays that showcase the unique characteristics of the handicrafts, attracting customers and encouraging sales.

•   Ensure a high standard of customer service by training staff, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Outsourcing, training, scheduling, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals while fostering a positive work environment.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of the shop, attract new customers, and retain existing ones through online and offline channels.

• Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize profitability and make informed decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and cost control.

• Build strong relationships with various outlet-related people, and community organizations to support and enhance the shop`s reputation.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and oversee administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory tracking, and reporting.

• Any other task given by the top Management.
