∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in retail store management, sales, or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
∎ Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
∎ Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
∎ Proven track record of honesty, integrity, and dedication in previous roles.
∎ Ability to handle customer complaints and challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
∎ Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
∎ Develop and enforce store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
∎ Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
∎ Provide outstanding customer service by resolving complaints, handling queries, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
∎ Monitor customer buying trends and suggest improvements in product offerings to enhance sales.
∎ Implement promotional campaigns and strategies to attract more customers.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage store employees, ensuring they adhere to company standards.
∎ Schedule and oversee staff shifts to maintain optimal efficiency.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
∎ Motivate and encourage employees to meet sales targets and provide excellent service.
∎ Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure fresh and high-quality inventory.
∎ Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and prevent stock shortages.
∎ Conduct regular audits to track stock movements and maintain accurate records.
∎ Track daily sales, expenses, and profits, and prepare detailed financial reports for senior management.
∎ Ensure all cash handling and financial transactions comply with company policies.
∎ Reduce operational costs by identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
