Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To plan, develop, optimize, organize, manage, evaluate, and be accountable for all processes regarding the product shipment.
∎ To handle export through LC, Back LC. And Sales contract.
∎ To execute, coordinate, monitor, and manage export/import-related works.
∎ To handle all the documents related to export & import.
∎ To manage the order follow-up and make the delivery schedule.
∎ To follow up with the factory & forwarder strongly for sea & air shipment for on-time delivery.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by higher authority.
