Responsibilities & Context:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and manage supply ordering.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Motivate and lead team for high performance.
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent guest experience.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor service standards and provide coaching where needed.
Sales & Profitability:
- Meet sales targets and manage budgets.
- Control food and labor costs.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase revenue.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Maintain reports on daily sales, labor, and inventory.
- Conduct audits and inspections regularly.
