Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical feeding, Farm management skill, Report writing.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills, Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking, technically sound knowledge on animal behavior
∎ Sound knowledge on animal takes care, Animal Rearing and Management as well Breeding Bull Shed management.
∎ Sound knowledge on Healthy & Diseased Animal, Vaccination and management.
∎ Good Animal Husbandry Practice, Demonstrating/safeguarding ethics and integrity.
∎ Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently.
∎ Working to high pressure and tight deadlines while at the same time.
∎ Proactive, highly motivated and able to use initiative to a significant degree.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper shed cleaning, washing, sand filling etc.
∎ Ensure all feeds & fodder for all breeding Animals routinely.
∎ Manage all workers and inform all necessary information to the concern.
∎ Ensure hoof treatment and foot bath of all Breeding Animals.
∎ Ensure (Feed, Treatment, Medicine, Vaccination, Exercise, Hoof trimming etc) up-date of all Register.
∎ Help to veterinary Surgeon for Animal Treatment.
∎ Ensure Strong Biosecurity of Bull Shed.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
