∎ Must have previous technical/repair experience.
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills.
∎ Ability to handle physical workload.
∎ Knowledge of MS Excel.
∎ Technical Knowledge of ERP Software or any other store management software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Repair, install, and maintain AC, refrigerators, Vending Machines, Coolers, Fountain Dispensers, and ice makers while in the field and in a shop setting.
∎ Respond to assigned work orders on time.
∎ Perform regular maintenance work on the cooling units.
∎ Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
∎ Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
∎ Adjust and calibrate the thermostatic controls.
∎ Manage inventory of parts and components on assigned Service Trucks.
∎ Participates in "on-call" rotation within the department, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
∎ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
