• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Computer
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

• Bachelor in any discipline / Diploma in Computer Applications.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Event Management, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Female

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Polite, patient, and professional attitude with customers.

• Assist customers in matchmaking services using our specialized computer systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update client profiles and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with team members to provide seamless matchmaking and customer support.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
