Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Daily, weekly and Monthly work schedule and working plan for area workshop and inter service.
∎ To visit inter service, Showroom and others sell point according to plan and solve out they're problems.
∎ To train every inter service man and our technician about latest product.
∎ To solve out the critical technical problem.
∎ To manage five own technician and inter service in Chittagong area (Brahammonbaria, Chandpur, Comilla, Laxmipur, Raipur, Noakhali, Feni, Chattogram Metro, Rangamati, Bandorban, Khagrachori, Cox's Bazar, Teknaf).
∎ To provide the technicians and inter service with necessary spare parts from our store and old spare properly settlement from store.
∎ To Collect bill from technician and close the jobs (warranty & paid) in the system.
∎ To monitor Project and bill checking of Inter service.
∎ To manage Customer dealing and Customer calls management.
∎ To submit report to the authority timely.
∎ To take quickly work decisions under pressure.
∎ To visit customer house for supporting technicians where and when needed (to work practically in Refrigerator, Freezer, Air-condition, Washing machine, Micro-Oven, LED TV, Home theater, and all DAP item)
∎ To manage Walk-in-job receive and delivery from workshop properly.
∎ To visit AC installation Site on regular basis
∎ To generate revenue for the service center

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
