Additional Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Experience with SEO reporting and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web standards.
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. In-depth experience with website analytics tools.
- Experience with bid management tools.
- Background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
- Familiarity with the eco-friendly industry and products is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to achieve top rankings on major search engines.
- Conduct keyword research to guide the content teams.
- Review and analyze our site for areas that can be improved and optimized.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and apply them to the operations of our company.
